For the past year and a bit I have had the honour of creating 3 animated shorts for CADDAC (Centre for ADHD Awareness Canada). These PSA videos, which featured National coverage on CP24, CTV and Global News, made a profound impact on my life.

My youngest son has ADHD, and as any parent with a child that has it knows there are very many trials and triumphs that come along with it. For those who do not know, imagine having the energy of 2 kids after chocolate in just one kid (that's what it's like with him). When he was first diagnosed I have to admit it was a relief just knowing why he was so extraordinary lol. Trying to navigate how to explain ADHD to him, and really trying to understand it on my end became a priority...
... and then I found CADDAC.
With CADDAC and getting the opportunity to help bring these PSA videos to life, it helped me help him to understand his condition and how best to manage it. Both he and I and our entire family are the better for it, and I cannot thank everyone at CADDAC (Heidi Bernhardt, Juanita Beaudry, Wendy Hayes) enough for giving me the opportunity.
